3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from DestinMe.
3.2 Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI payments. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.
3.3 Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable at the time of booking will be honored.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary by property. Please review the specific cancellation policy for each property before booking. Generally:
- Cancellations made 7+ days before check-in may receive a full refund (minus processing fees)
- Cancellations made 3-7 days before check-in may receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are generally non-refundable
- No-shows result in forfeiture of all payments
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Guest Responsibilities
As a guest, you agree to:
- Treat the property with respect and care
- Adhere to the property's house rules and check-in/check-out times
- Not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed
- Pay a security deposit if required (refundable upon checkout inspection)
- Report any damage or issues immediately to the property owner or DestinMe
- Comply with local laws and regulations
6. Property Owner Responsibilities
Property owners listing on DestinMe agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete property information
- Maintain the property in good condition
- Honor confirmed bookings
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
7. Limitation of Liability
DestinMe acts as an intermediary platform between property owners and guests. We are not responsible for the condition, safety, or legality of properties listed on our platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property descriptions or photos. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the DestinMe website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DestinMe or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact DestinMe to seek resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, State].
10. Changes to Terms
DestinMe reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or website notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
