Welcome to DestinMe — a digital hospitality platform operated by Destinme Private Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using our website www.destinme.ai, mobile app, or any services offered under the DestinMe brand (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Platform.

2. Nature of Service

DestinMe is a hospitality marketplace that connects users (“Guests”) with verified property owners or managers (“Hosts”) offering farmhouses, villas, and resorts for rent.

We facilitate discovery, booking, and customer support, but do not own or operate most listed properties unless explicitly mentioned. Each property operates under its own rules and availability.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years old;
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; and
Provide accurate and complete information during booking or registration.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account on DestinMe:

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You agree not to share your account or allow unauthorized use.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

DestinMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

5. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made through the DestinMe platform or authorized DestinMe representatives.
Payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, or other digital gateways.
A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment (as per the property’s policy).
You agree that DestinMe may collect and process payments on behalf of property owners.
Prices listed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Important: Booking confirmations are subject to availability and property owner approval.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Each property has its own cancellation and refund policy, displayed clearly on its booking page.

In general:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the same payment mode used.
Booking fees or service charges may be non-refundable.
Refund timelines vary between 7–14 working days depending on payment gateways.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or violations of house rules.

7. Guest Responsibilities

By booking through DestinMe, you agree to:

Respect the property, facilities, and surroundings.
Follow all check-in, check-out, and property-specific rules provided by DestinMe or the Host.
Avoid illegal, disruptive, or unsafe activities during your stay.
Compensate the property for any damages or losses caused by you or your guests.

DestinMe reserves the right to recover repair or replacement costs for property damage through your payment method on record.

8. Host Responsibilities

All Hosts listed on DestinMe agree to:

Provide accurate property details, photos, and pricing.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
Ensure required local permissions and licenses are valid.
Honor confirmed bookings and provide agreed amenities.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or delisting of the property.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on www.destinme.ai, including logos, brand names, text, images, videos, designs, and software, are owned or licensed by Destinme Private Limited.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

DestinMe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or stay experience.
We are not responsible for property-related incidents such as loss, theft, damage, or injury.
Our liability, if proven, shall not exceed the total booking value for the affected stay.

11. Force Majeure

DestinMe and property owners shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or internet failures.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our platform if:

You violate these Terms or applicable laws;
You provide false information; or
The platform is discontinued or under maintenance.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support@destinme.ai.

13. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. The collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be:

First resolved amicably by contacting grievance@destinme.ai.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Destinme Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

Your use or misuse of the platform;
Your violation of these Terms; or
Your breach of property-specific rules.

16. Modifications to Terms

DestinMe may update these Terms at any time to reflect operational or legal changes.

The updated version will be posted on www.destinme.ai with a revised “Effective Date.”

Your continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
