How do I book a property on DestinMe?

Simply browse our listings, select your desired property, choose your dates, and complete the booking process with secure payment. You will receive instant confirmation via email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, UPI payments, and net banking.

When will I be charged?

Payment is processed immediately upon booking confirmation. You will receive a receipt via email.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, some properties require a refundable security deposit. This varies by property and will be clearly stated during the booking process.

Cancellations & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary by property. Generally, cancellations made 7+ days before check-in receive a full refund, 3-7 days receive 50% refund, and within 48 hours are non-refundable.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Can I modify my booking dates?

Date modifications are subject to availability. Please contact us at least 72 hours before check-in to request changes.

Property & Stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

Are pets allowed?

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Minimum stay requirements vary by property and season. Most properties require at least 1-2 nights, with longer minimums during peak seasons.
