Dr. B. Masthan Yadav leads the naturopathy department with over twenty-five years of naturopathy expertise. The clinical wing offers the full traditional range - Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Kati Basti, Pinda Sweda, Netra Tarpana, Udwarthanam, and the complete Panchakarma sequence of Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya and Raktamokshana. Naturopathy and hydrotherapy run alongside, including colon hydrotherapy, circular and spinal jets, hip bath, mud therapy, acupuncture, marma, physiotherapy, and therapeutic yoga.

To fuel all of this, an organic farm is in place to provide healthy fruits and vegetables that have been grown without chemical intervention. There is a kitchen that uses the produce derived from the farm itself and where sattvic meals are cooked by Prakriti - Vata, Pitta, or Kapha under the direction of the in-house vaidya.  It also has forty-six beds organised entirely around recovery - from shared dormitories for cohort stays to private suites for families in need of quiet.
