3. Do I need a license to serve alcohol?

Accepted Answer

As per Telangana Excise Rules, a Liquor License or Temporary Event Permit is required when: • Serving more than 6 bottles (approx. 6.5 liters) at a private event. • Serving any quantity of alcohol at a commercial or event space. We're working to include this service as an add-on soon. For now, if informed at least 4 days before check-in, we can connect you with a verified licensing agent. (Liaison and challan charges apply additionally.)

4. Can I bring my own decorator, cake, or photographer?

Accepted Answer

Guests may bring their own decorators, cakes, and photography teams — subject to each property's rules. We also offer in-house décor, cake, and photography consultation through our curators as an add-on service. For gatherings exceeding 50 guests, please contact our service number in advance for event coordination.

5. What are the pool rules?

• Pool hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (timings may vary by property). • Proper swimwear is mandatory. • Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. • Diving, glass bottles, and loud music near pools are strictly prohibited. • Management is not responsible for injuries or accidents due to unsafe use.

6. Is there backup power?

All properties have running water and power provided by the state electricity board. Some properties include backup generators. However, DestinMe is not responsible for power outages caused by weather or external factors.

All DestinMe properties are equipped with external CCTV cameras for guest safety and property security. Footage is securely handled and never shared or misused.

A few of our properties are pet-friendly. Please confirm pet policy before booking or check-in. Additional cleaning charges may apply at select properties.

9. What if something gets damaged during my stay?

Accepted Answer

Guests are responsible for any damage to property, furniture, fixtures, or décor during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be chargeable. DestinMe and the property owners are not liable for loss of personal belongings or accidents arising from guest negligence.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and may attract cleaning charges or penalties.

All bookings are valid only when made through official DestinMe channels or verified partners. Beware of fraudulent third-party agents claiming affiliation.

In case of medical or safety emergencies, please contact 108 (Ambulance & Emergency Services) immediately. For fire emergencies, contact 101 (Fire Control Room). Response time may vary depending on the property's location. Our Experience Curators will assist with local emergency contacts and support.

Accepted Answer

Many DestinMe properties are located in natural or semi-rural settings. Guests may occasionally encounter insects, birds, farm animals, or natural sounds. Please keep doors closed and use repellents provided where necessary.

Parents and guardians must supervise children at all times, especially around pools, lawns, and open areas.

Possession or use of narcotic substances, illegal drugs, or banned items is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will result in immediate cancellation without refund, and may lead to police action. Experience Curators, field executives, or property owners have full rights to cancel the booking and request immediate vacation of the property if such violations occur.

• Professional photo or video shoots require prior approval from the management. • Drone usage is allowed only with written consent. • Recording or photographing other guests or staff without consent is strictly forbidden.

• Most DestinMe properties are located in outskirts or countryside zones. • Please avoid unnecessary interactions with locals and maintain respect for nearby residents. • Avoid drunk driving under all circumstances. • Loud music during late hours must comply with local noise regulations. • Guests are expected to be responsible luxury seekers — enjoy responsibly while ensuring safety, peace, and respect for surroundings.

All refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 working days after verification.

At DestinMe, every stay is curated exclusively for you. To maintain fairness for all guests: Cancellation Policy • Within 7 days of check-in: No refund • 8–15 days before check-in: 50% refund • 16–30 days before check-in: 100% refund. Date Change Policy • Date change requests made within 30 days of check-in are allowed for new dates within the next 30 days, subject to availability. • A 10% rescheduling charge applies to the total booking value. • Only one date change is permitted per booking. • No refunds for no-shows or early check-outs.
