1. General Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made through the DestinMe platform or by contacting our customer support.
Cancellation requests are subject to the specific property's policy and availability.
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the property's terms.

2. Cancellation Timeframes

Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in receive a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 3–6 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

3. Date Changes

Subject to availability, date modifications can be made up to 72 hours before check-in.
Date changes may incur additional charges if the new dates have different pricing.
Changes within 72 hours of check-in are subject to availability and may incur fees.

4. Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment gateway and bank.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Booking fees or service charges may be non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or violations of house rules.
Damages or additional charges incurred during your stay are non-refundable.

6. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate refunds.
