48-hour DeepRest
Two nights at an AYUSH-grade retreat, eighty kilometres from Hyderabad. Curated by DestinMe at Haritha Wellness, Sangareddy. Starting from ₹15,000.
Rest, handled end to end
The 48-Hour DeepRest is a recurring wellness cohort, curated by DestinMe at Haritha Wellness in Sangareddy, running every Friday to Sunday, year-round. Where most weekend getaways leave you deciding where to eat, what to book, and whether the itinerary was worth it, this one is handled for you, end to end. It’s built around five elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether) that structure the whole schedule.
The cohort stays small on purpose, with a host in residence for the full weekend. A visiting Ayurveda doctor reads your pulse through Nadi Pariksha and assigns your Signature Therapy on a pre-arrival call, so your treatment is already decided before you arrive. The five elements show up across the weekend without being announced as a theme: Mitti Lepa on Saturday morning, the cold plunge in the afternoon, sound healing at night, and a barefoot infinity walk lit up after dark.
What actually sets it apart is what happens once you leave. Most retreats end at checkout. Our DeepRest network programme continues; a 30-day take-home protocol, doctor check-ins, and a cohort community that doesn't close with the weekend. It's built for the founder who hasn't slept properly in months, the mother who hasn't had an uninterrupted weekend in years, the couple marking something quietly, or the employee a company wants to thank properly.
The kitchen keeps it Sattvik throughout; vegetarian, simple, meant to keep you calm rather than heavy.

Clinically grounded
Nadi Pariksha with the visiting doctor, a pre-arrival consultation call, and a 30-day take-home protocol.

A small cohort
Small enough that the host knows your name. Adults only.

How it works
You arrive Friday from 5:30 PM onwards to a welcome kit already waiting on the bed, followed by a long-table dinner and slow tasting. By nine, the infinity walk is lit for anyone who wants to walk its seven terrains barefoot under the stars; nobody chases you toward bed.
Saturday is the long day. Sunrise sit, hatha yoga, and pranayama come before a Sattvik breakfast, followed by Mitti Lepa (cool herbal mud on hands and feet) in the shaded pavilion. The middle of the day is built around your Signature Ayurveda Therapy, matched to you on a pre-arrival call with the visiting doctor. While one half of the cohort is in therapy, the other takes their free-time pick - salon, 1:1 yoga, physio, or simply rest.
Cold plunge follows at four, then golden-hour aarti, a long-table dinner, and a sound healing session that holds the room until ten. The night closes around a bonfire with antakshari, tambola, sky-gazing, or whatever the evening asks for.
Sunday moves slower still. Slow yin yoga by the pool leads into a single long brunch, where your take-home protocol is walked through with the doctor; twenty minutes away from the table and back. By 11:30, the closing circle brings it together: a word from your host, one line from each guest, and a handover. The cohort closes at 12:30 and checkout follows by 1:30. What doesn't end there is the community; it keeps going well after the weekend does.
